Our company sells tickets for charter flights, redeemed blocks of seats on regular flights, and for flights of low-cost airlines. According to general rules, these tickets are non-refundable. Change of the spelling of the last name, first name of passengers, and the date of birth and other specified data, according to general rule, are not allowed. Such an opportunity may either be completely absent, or be provided for an additional fee.

You have responsible for all data entered by yourself and confirm that you have entry visas and other documents. You confirm that you got familiar with the visa and border regime of the country. In case of violation of customs / border rules and / or deportation, you agree to pay all fines and costs associated with deportation. If you enter erroneous data / lack of necessary travel permits, you may be denied boarding.

The responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided remains with the buyer. The carrier company operating the flight may require the provision of documents authorizing entry / stay in the countries visited along the route. Refusal to provide such documents may result in the cancellation of the booked ticket.

According to general rules, an itinerary receipt for charter flights is issued 2 days before the departure date and sent to the email address specified at the time of booking tickets. If you booked your ticket with Ryanair, we will check in you and send your boarding pass 20 hours before departure.

There are issues on flights from Goa and Thailand, according to which passengers arriving on a charter flight can return only on charter flights of the same airline or any regular flight. They may be denied boarding on charter flights of other airlines and scheduled flights. If the passengers arrived on a regular flight, they must also fly back on a regular flight.

Due to restrictions imposed by Egyptian legislation, charter flights from Egypt are allowed for passengers staying in the country for no more than 28 days. Moreover, if passengers arrived on a regular flight, they must also fly back on a regular flight. Return flight on a charter flight must be carried out from the same airport where the passengers arrived. As a general rule, Egyptians are not allowed to use charter flights to / from Egypt.

On charter flights, it is possible to change the airline, airport and departure / arrival time. Air carrier and we do not have responsible for changes. In case of flight cancellation, the cost of paid tickets will be refunded, while the cost of ordered and paid services from third persons (booked hotels, transfers, etc.) are not compensated by us. For combined booking of regular and charter flights, tickets will be issued separately for each flight. If one of these flights is canceled, a refund will only be available for the canceled ticket.

For paying with a card on the website, resources from your card account do not charge off until the booking is confirmed by the airline. In some cases, non-confirmation of air tickets is possible, in that case the money will be returned to your card account within 30 days. This procedure is carried out by the payment system, does not depend on our company and we cannot influence it in any way.

Passengers aged up to 16 years must be accompanied by a passenger 18 years of age or older. A seat is not provided for a passenger aged up to two years. Every passenger aged up to two years must be accompanied by an adult.
